Jersey Lavender acquisiton

Collas Crill acted for the purchasers on the acquisition of Jersey Lavender. The transaction involved the acquisition of shares in a number of Jersey SPVs and also a corporate restructure.

The Collas Crill team was responsible for negotiating and agreeing the share purchase agreement, corporate approvals, security documents and finance documents, as well as advising on the Jersey property aspects.

Jersey Lavender is a premier tourist attraction in Jersey which boasts a working farm, gardens and nine acres of lavender fields, from which are produced essential oils to be turned into a range of specialised products that are sold at the farm and distributed worldwide.
