Collas Crill acted as lead counsel for Riverside Capital (an FCA regulated firm) on the establishment of Riverside Capital PCC Limited, an authorised closed ended investment fund.
Worth approximately £50m, the fund will act as the platform for each of Riverside's UK property investments for its investors.
The deal was led by corporate and commercial group partner Paul Wilkes and senior associate Tristan Ozanne.
