Senior appointment for Collas Crill in Jersey

Collas Crill has appointed Kate Anderson as Partner in its corporate team in Jersey. Katie joins the firm from Voisins, where she worked for 26 years.

A highly regarded corporate and commercial lawyer, Kate regularly advises local and international clients on all aspects of corporate, security and banking law.

She has extensive experience in advising on the establishment and operation of a range of investment vehicles, from fully regulated collective investment funds to large group arrangements and joint venture vehicles, primarily for ultra-high-net-worth, entrepreneurial and high-net-worth clients.

Kate was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1998, was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2002, and was sworn in as an advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in 2017.
