Partner Andrew Peedom will be speaking at the annual STEP Cayman Islands conference.

When court bundles are back on their shelves, orders signed and sealed, and the high emotion of litigation has subsided, the thought of revisiting the intricate detail of a hostile dispute might seem repellent to all involved. But in many cases, doing so can be extremely valuable.
With reference to real cases, our Andrew and his fellow panelists will look back and reflect on how a trust or estate dispute in which they were involved might perhaps have been avoided. They'll also provide their advice on how to try to avoid litigation breaking out, and how best to weather the storm appropriately when it does.
