Andrew Peedom, Partner, will be moderating the panel 'Looking in the rearview mirror' at STEP Cayman Islands 2026. The panel will focus on when court bundles are back on their shelves, orders signed and sealed, and the high emotion of litigation has subsided, the thought of revisiting the intricate detail of a hostile dispute might seem repellent to all involved. But in many cases, doing so can be extremely valuable. With reference to real cases, panellists will look back and reflect on how a trust or estate dispute in which they were involved might perhaps have been avoided – they'll also provide their advice on how to try to avoid litigation breaking out, and how best to weather the storm appropriately when it does.
Andrew will be joined at the conference by Dinesh Menon and Isabelle Russell. This year Collas Crill is a gold sponsor and we will be featured in the exhibitor hall.
