Gareth Bell, Jonathan Barham and James Tee are speaking at ThoughtLeaders4 FIRE's third annual Channel Islands and Isle of Man event.
The conference is focusing on the interaction between onshore and offshore in the asset recovery space.
Gareth is on the panel discussing the intersection of trust structures, fraud, insolvency, recovery and enforcement, covering:
- common use of offshore trusts in asset protection
- unwinding of trust arrangements to recover assets
- trust assets in insolvency cases
Jonathan is on the panel exploring administration regimes, covering:
- changes to the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991
- impacts to the creation of an administration regime
James is a speaker at the FIRE Starters workshop. He will be giving his opinion on what he thinks the main FIRE topic for the year ahead will be.
