As Head of Finance at Collas Crill, Ben leads the firm’s multi-jurisdictional finance function, overseeing all aspects of financial management, governance, and reporting across the group's operations. He works closely with the partnership and senior leadership to deliver strategic insight, robust financial controls, and high-quality financial support that underpins the firm’s growth and operational performance.
Ben joined Collas Crill in January 2023 following over a decade in professional services, with previous roles at Deloitte and Teneo. During this time, he built deep expertise across audit, financial advisory, and corporate restructuring, advising a wide range of clients in the financial services and regulated sectors.
A commercially minded and technically strong finance leader, Ben has a proven track record in managing cross-border finance teams, driving process improvements, and delivering strategic financial planning and reporting. He is experienced in treasury and cash management, financial operations, and leading transformation projects that enhance efficiency, insight, and control, underpinned by strong technical accounting expertise and a deep understanding of financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
