As the head of client services, Carl has accountability for the firm’s client delivery, commercial performance and risk strategy. He works alongside the executive management team to shape and execute strategy, while ensuring that regulatory, legal and governance standards are met across the business.
Experience
Carl began his fiduciary services career in 2004 and spent his first 18 years’ working for the Guernsey based Trust Companies of two leading international banks. In 2022 he moved to a privately owned fiduciary services provider as a client services director, where he led a team of client service professionals and was also a Director for the firm's eight secondary licensees.
Background
Carl has led teams of administrators, been responsible for flagship relationships and a member of various executive committees and senior leadership teams. He has extensive experience dealing with financial and non-financial assets and a wide variety of fiduciary structures and complex structuring arrangements.
This experience enables him to understands the needs of cross border families and assist International private clients and their family offices to provide a holistic approach to fiduciary structuring, succession planning, wealth management and administration.
Carl obtained his diploma from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners in 2012 and has been a full member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment since 2023.
