Delia has been providing legal assistance within the real estate and conveyancing industries for more than 20 years, the last 15 of which have been in the Cayman Islands. The real estate transactions range from small to very large-scale financing deals, as well as the purchase, sale and leasing of residential and commercial properties.

Her responsibilities include assisting with taking instructions from clients, reviewing title, drafting documents; preparing closing statements; liaising with all parties including real estate agents, governmental agencies and departments, purchasers, sellers, lenders and strata corporations to ensure successful seamless and hassle-free closings. Her cool head and easy manner with people distinguish her level of service.

Delia is accustomed to multi-tasking and seamlessly handling a large volume of instructions in a fast-paced environment.

She joined the firm in 2020.
