Emma's practice involves providing commercial property, planning and construction law advice to a wide range of clients ranging from individuals and small businesses to the Government and developers and investors.
She has practised commercial property law since qualifying as an English Solicitor in 2015. Prior to joining Collas Crill in August 2025, she held roles in two other Jersey law firms specialising in commercial acquisitions and disposals, leases, property finance, property developments, building contracts and planning applications, agreements and appeals.
Emma started out as an Office Junior in a UK law firm and qualified as an English Solicitor studying part-time whilst working full-time.
