Emma provides commercial property, planning and construction law advice to a wide range of clients from individuals and small businesses to the government, developers and investors.

Experience

Emma has practised commercial property law since qualifying as an English Solicitor in 2015. Prior to joining Collas Crill in 2025, she held roles in two other Jersey law firms specialising in commercial acquisitions and disposals, leases, property finance, property developments, building contracts and planning applications, agreements and appeals.

She was admitted as a Jersey Advocate in 2021.

Background

Emma began her legal career in the UK, before moving to Jersey in 2017.
