Emma is currently on the firm's training programme.
In her first training seat, Emma assisted on various Jersey and BVI banking and finance transactions and complex corporate matters including large company restructures.
She is currently gaining experience in areas such as debt recovery, creditors winding up procedures and dispute resolution.
Emma previously worked as a legal secretary and paralegal within a property law team at another offshore law firm working on residential and commercial property transactions, while studying for her law degree.
She graduated from the University of Reading in 2023 with a First Class LLB Hons Law Degree. She is currently studying towards qualifying as a solicitor through the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) route.
