Emma is currently on the firm's training programme.
During her first training seat, Emma assisted on various Jersey and BVI banking and finance transactions and complex corporate matters including large company restructures. In her second seat, she gained experience in areas such as debt recovery, creditors winding up procedures and dispute resolution. She is currently working in the private client and trusts team.
Emma previously worked as a legal secretary and paralegal within a property law team at another offshore law firm working on residential and commercial property transactions, while studying for her law degree.
She graduated from the University of Reading in 2023 with a First Class LLB Hons Law Degree. She is currently studying towards qualifying as a solicitor through the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) route.
