Experience
Prior to specialising in Guernsey real estate law, Jody worked within a range of property professions including building surveying, building control, property management and property investment and refinancing. This experience gives him unique and comprehensive skills in advising clients on the practical, technical and legal aspects of commercial and residential real estate, including development matters.
Background

After working as a building surveyor in England, drafting and negotiating construction contracts and managing the tendering process, Jody returned to Guernsey in 2007/08 as a Building Control Inspector. During this time he bolstered his technical knowledge of real estate and the laws that underpin Guernsey real estate.
