Tom Leveridge

Tom advises on contentious matters, with a focus on private wealth and trust disputes. He has experience acting for trustees, beneficiaries and others on a range of contentious and semi-contentious matters including breach of trust claims, asset tracing/recovery and trust administration.

Background

Tom joined Collas Crill in December 2024. Prior to that, he worked for HM Attorney General for Jersey on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters. He read law at the University of London graduating with first class honours and has been admitted as a Jersey Solicitor.

Tom had a life before law including working in Parliament and has degrees from the University of Oxford and University College London.
