David has more than 30 years' experience in corporate law, having practised for 20 years in Guernsey and ten years in London prior to that. He specialises in corporate finance, insurance, offshore funds, employment law, trusts and regulatory issues and is highly regarded as one of Guernsey's leading corporate lawyers. He is also a non-executive director of a number of investment and insurance companies, both listed and unlisted.
In the Chambers 2015 directory David was described as 'pound for pound the best corporate lawyer in Guernsey' with 'encyclopedic' knowledge of the regulatory environment. He is recognised as a leading individual by Legal 500.
David qualified as an English Solicitor in 1986 and as a Guernsey Advocate in 1995.
