Ben Havard appointed Chair of STEP's Contentious Trusts and Estates SIG

Partner Ben Havard has been appointed Chair of STEP’s Contentious Trusts and Estates special interest group (SIG).

The SIGs provide opportunities for professionals to connect and advance their area of practice through an international forum of support, expertise and thought leadership.

This benefits the practitioner, their area of specialisation, the clients they serve, and the industry at large.

The Contentious Trusts and Estates SIG addresses international trust and estate jurisprudence while promoting best practice in avoiding, or dealing with, contentious trust and estate disputes and trustee litigation.
