Patrice Boothe appointed to the Collas Crill Corporate Services Board

Patrice Boothe has been appointed to the Board of Collas Crill Corporate Services (CCCS).

Patrice joined CCCS in Cayman as Head of Corporate Services last year.

With more than 25 years of experience in the corporate and financial industry, Patrice brings extensive expertise in financial management, corporate administration, board directorship, project coordination, and organizational change.

She has proven expertise in governance, policies and procedures, legal processes, and conflict resolution.

Patrice has completed the Director’s Accreditation Program (DEAP) and holds the Accredited Director designation from The Chartered Governance Institute of Canada. This has allowed CCCS to extend its offering to include directorship services to both regulated and unregulated entities and funds.

As well as serving on the CCCS Board, Patrice serves on additional boards, supporting a diverse range of clients, including fund structures, local resident companies, and SPV vehicles.

Patrice said: 'To be able to offer directorship services to both unregulated and regulated entities and funds complements the range of regulatory, corporate and governance services our team provides.

'Strong directorship services are the backbone of well-governed Cayman funds and regulated entities. Independent, experienced directors don’t just satisfy regulatory expectations, they provide critical oversight, challenge assumptions, and safeguard investor interests.

'Engaging a Cayman-based director offers significant strategic advantages. With 'mind and management' located in the Cayman Islands, companies not only meet economic substance requirements with confidence but also benefit from streamlined local administration and governance. This arrangement provides tangible comfort and operational credibility for banks, auditors, service providers, and investors alike, supporting both regulatory compliance and efficient corporate oversight.'

Group Managing Director of Collas Crill Trust and Corporate Services, Katie Bonfrer, said: 'This has been a significant year of change for CCCS. Together, we have worked hard to lay the foundations for future growth, strengthen the business, and position ourselves for the opportunities ahead.

'Patrice brings significant experience in corporate services, and her knowledge, leadership, and expertise will be invaluable as we continue building and developing this area of the business. We are very excited to have her join the Board and support CCCS through this next stage of growth.'
