Cayman staff deliver Meals on Wheels

We marked International Day of Charity (5 September) supporting our Cayman office charity of choice - Meals On Wheels.

A team of staff delivered 80 meals, plus additional fruits (bananas and oranges were provided by Collas Crill) as well as hand sanitizers (due to rising Covid cases) to residents in the West Bay area.

'The seniors of West Bay were happy to see a friendly face and receive the additional fruits. The heat and manoeuvring through all the West Bay alleys made it feel a bit like a scavenger hunt at times but the team found it an extremely rewarding experience,' said Henriette Lindenberg, Client Relationship Manager.

Over recent months Collas Crill has raised funds for Meals for Wheels with bake sales as well as sponsoring and participating in the charity's Wheels for Meals event. The firm will take part in more deliveries later in the year.

Thanks to our CC volunteers: Tiffany Turrell, Dawn Major, Mark Burrows, Chad Martin, Henriette Lindenberg, Amaya Alemanez, Meliza Andrade-Hernandez and her daughter Diana, Janeen Aljadir and Laura Oseland.
