Collas Crill has made a number of promotions across its Channel Islands and Cayman offices.
The firm has promoted Alex Price to Group Partner and Ben Le Page to Partner.
Alex joined Collas Crill in 2018 and specialises in banking and finance, advising on matters of both Jersey and British Virgin Islands law. He has strong experience in cross-border Islamic financing transactions which involve offshore entities structured in a Shariah-compliant manner.
Ben joined the firm in 2015 as a paralegal, qualifying with the firm in 2017. He is an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey and advises on all aspects of commercial law with a particular focus on banking and finance (including real estate finance, Islamic finance and fund finance), mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
The firm has also promoted a number of lawyers to Of Counsel, including Conor Walsh in Jersey and Amy Davies, David Jeffery, Emma Taylor and Tom Cutts-Watson in Guernsey. Guernsey-based Harry Round and Libby Oliver and Cayman-based Juliana Wood. have been promoted to Senior Associate. Delia Bunce has been promoted to Property Manager in our Cayman real estate team.
Within Collas Crill Trust in Guernsey, James Burton and Abigail Renny have been promoted to Associate Director and Christina Hartwich to Assistant Manager, Tara Ramoon has been promoted to Senior Corporate Administrator within Collas Crill Corporate Services in Cayman.
The firm has also made business services promotions in Jersey including Ryan Sims to Infrastructure and Operations Manager, Mike McGinley to IT Helpdesk Manager and Zak Clinton to Senior IT Systems Engineer.
