On joining Collas Crill Richard said: 'The three things that I enjoy most in my role are building a powerful culture that attracts and retains the best people, leadership and development of my HR team and tackling complexity and challenges in the pursuit of an ambitious vision. This aligns perfectly with the people strategy already in existence at Collas Crill and I look forward to working with the team to really drive this forward.'

Group Managing Partner Jason Romer said: 'People are at the heart of our business and, with us, clients know that they will get first-class expertise, pragmatism and a human touch.

'Making sure that we continue to inspire and motivate people, and attract new and equally brilliant people, is a key element of our strategic plans – Richard's appointment is reflective of this and his extensive experience in this field will be invaluable as we look to the future growth and development of the firm.'
