Alternative Investment Fund specialists from Collas Crill Jersey have once again collaborated with several major international law firms to produce the International Comparative Legal Guide to Alternative Investment Funds 2020.
The guide covers common issues - including regulatory frameworks, fund structures and marketing in 20 jurisdictions.
Dilmun Leach, group partner, and David Walters, associate, drafted the Jersey chapter of the guide.
Other firms who have contributed include Travers Smith LLP for England & Wales and Dechert LLP for the USA.
Dilmun commented: 'We were delighted to be invited to write the Jersey funds chapter on behalf of ICLG for the second year running, and is a welcome acknowledgment of our expertise in investment funds.'
The chapter includes information about the new limited liability company (LLC) Jersey is in the process of introducing, which is expected to be attractive to US fund managers once launched.
