Collas Crill Trust opened for business in Jersey last September and what a year it has been.
Over the last 12 months the business has grown significantly, both in terms of team members and clients.
Group Managing Director of Collas Crill Trust and Corporate Services, Katie Bonfrer, said: 'Back in September 2024 our aim in Jersey was to provide bespoke solutions for a small number of ultra-high-net-worth families and individuals. This was based on client feedback that this service-led, independent trustee model was what clients were looking for in a trust company.
'Fast forward 12 months and we have had an overwhelmingly positive response to our Jersey offering which has been amazing – we really feel like we have tapped into something that was missing in the marketplace.
'The last year has been about getting the foundations right – having the right people in the right roles, improving efficiency and delivering a level of service that sets us apart from our competitors. We've made strong progress and I am really happy where we have got to in this 12 month period - I am really excited to build on that momentum, along with our colleagues in the Guernsey and Cayman teams.
'None of this would have been possible without the support from not only our colleagues within the wider trust and corporate services business and the law firm, but our valued clients and intermediaries.
