Collas Crill acted for Freedom Asset Management on the establishment of the Freedom Global Victory Fund.
The transaction involved the restructuring of an existing Cayman Islands corporate and limited partnership structure into a cell of a Guernsey Protected Cell Company (PCC).
The deal, worth around $80,000,000, required liaison with Collas Crill's Cayman team, investor notifications and regulatory approvals.
