Important update for short term licence holders

An important amendment to the "grandfather rights" for short-term housing licence holders has been released following the introduction of the Population Management (Guernsey) Law, 2016 by the States of Guernsey. Click here to view the amendment.

We have no doubt that this will be positively received by those affected and demonstrates the ability of the Housing Control team to react quickly to the input of business on the island.

Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact a member of the team.
