Senior conveyancer appointed to Collas Crill's property department

Multi-jurisdiction firm Collas Crill has appointed a new Senior Conveyancer to its award winning Property team in Jersey.

Anna Carter has joined the firm with over fourteen years' experience in her field and is an expert in residential property and finance transactions. She joined Collas Crill from another local law firm.

Anna is appointed to provide support to Partners Martin Le Boutillier and Pamela Doherty, and Head of Conveyancing, Gavin Renault.

Gavin said: 'Anna is very well regarded within the local property industry and it is a pleasure to have her on board.

'We've had a busy year with a number of high profile deals including the sale of the IFC 5 building and more recently JTC House, along with a significant volume of residential transactions. Anna's knowledge and experience will allow us to continue at pace as well as welcoming new clients.'

Collas Crill's Jersey Property department was ranked in Tier 1 under the Legal 500 and Band 2 in the Chambers and Partners 2020 listings.
