Marcus Hinkley, Group Partner at Collas Crill will speak as part of a panel on the Future of Trustees at the STA Conference on 13 November 2015 in Singapore.
Marcus heads up Collas Crill's Singapore office. He has extensive experience in advising institutional trustees and private individuals on a wide variety of private and commercial trust arrangements, including the responsibilities as trustee, wealth planning structures, private trust companies, pension advice, unit trusts, securitisations and other structured finance arrangements.
The conference theme "The Trustee's Future in Wealth Management" has been designed to look at whether the trusteeship will still be the preferred wealth planning structure and how Singapore will need to evolve post the advent of Automatic Exchange of Information and the Common Reporting Standard in 2018.
The panel session includes international experts and heads of global financial companies who have been invited to share their experiences and provide an insight in to the future for trustees.
