Partner and head of the trust and private client department in the Cayman Islands, Antony Duckworth, will be speaking at the Protectors and Enforcers 2016 Conference in London on 16 March 2016.
During the session, 'Private Purpose Trusts and their Enforcers: The Need to Know Issues', he will discuss the uses and misuses of Purpose Trusts.
