Following on from the successful directors' risk conference earlier this year, two partners from Collas Crill will be addressing the Jersey Association Of Directors and Officers (JADO).
Danny Le Maistre from the dispute resolution team and Dilmun Leach from the firm's investment funds practice will once again be addressing directors, senior managers and senior compliance professionals working in Jersey's regulated financial services businesses on the topic of directors' duties and risk.
Taking place on Wednesday 29 November at St Paul's Centre, Danny will be talking about directors' duties and claims that can be brought against them while Dilmun will be evaluating transactions from a legal and regulatory perspective looking at practical tips and real life case studies.
Danny said: "After the success of our own conference, we're delighted that JADO has approached us to talk to their members.
"Directors' duties and risk will always be a topical subject given the robust structure of regulation within the Channel Islands so it's important for local industry to not only keep up to date with the latest developments but also have a wider understanding of the potential issues that can arise."
