Collas Crill partner Stephen Leontsinis will be speaking at the C5 Fraud, Asset Tracing & Recovery Asia conference in June.
Leading civil fraud litigators and asset recovery practitioners will be in attendance for C5’s 4th annual conference in Hong Kong’s Mandarin Oriental Hotel, taking place between the 25-26 June.
Other speakers include The Rt. Hon. Lord Neuberger of Abbotsbury, who will be discussing the “R (Miller) v Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union” case from the perspective of a judicial insider.
Stephen will be speaking on the cooperation between lawyers, liquidators and receivers from different jurisdictions on cross border cases arising out of Asian jurisdictions or involving an Asian party alongside Holland & Knight partner Warren Gluck and Charles (Chip) Hoebeke, director of turnaround, restructuring and insolvency practice Rehmann.
