Collas Crill's Directors' Duties Conference

Collas Crill will be hosting a conference on directors' duties during the life cycle of a company. From local cases, such as Carlyle to the much publicised UK examples of BHS, Carillion and Sports Direct, the role of directors and the importance of corporate governance is an increasingly scrutinised subject. The role that directors are required to fulfil is rapidly evolving, placing greater expectations upon performance of their duties whilst those duties are becoming less defined.

The speakers will be considering what issues face directors, and what they need to know and consider during the major phases of a company's life and death.

David O'HanlonGareth BellMichael AdkinsSean CheongSimon Heggsand Nin Ritchie will be joined by Andrea Harris of Krys Global and Ben Rhodes of Grant Thornton to share their expertise in conflicts, corporate governance and directors duties.
