Collas Crill Partner Tom Mylott will be speaking on Thursday 6 February, at the Private Client Forum Americas 2020 on Civil law structures in common law jurisdictions.
Tom is a Partner and Head of the International Private Client and Trusts department in Cayman.
Tom advises on a broad range of commercial and private trust matters, including in connection with the establishment and administration of investment funds structured as unit trusts, pension trusts, and employee benefit trusts. He regularly advises family offices, charitable organisations, trustees and high net worth individuals on complex trust structures for wealth and estate planning, as well as the use of private trust companies, STAR Trusts and Foundation Companies. Tom has represented private and institutional clients in both non-contentious and contentious international trust and private client work, including in relation to applications for directions, mistake, as well as grants of probate and letters of administration, and resealing foreign grants.
