Regulatory Risk
Wayne Atkinson will provide a whistle-stop tour of regulatory obligations applicable to firms and staff, highlighting areas where regulatory and reputational risk can arise. He will demonstrate how this risk can best be reduced and how to deal with regulatory issues as they arise.
Contentious Situations for Trustees
Ben Havard will advise how trustees/managers should be reacting in practice to developing contentious situations (family fall out etc.). He will give examples of how the trustee can make its situation worse by the way it reacts in early stages.
