Cayman Dispute Resolution Partner Jennifer Colegate has been invited to speak at the ABI Caribbean Insolvency Symposium.
The three-day conference will be held at The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort on February 6th - 8th.
Jennifer's talk "Getting blood out of a Stone: Who can get paid administrative expenses out of the assets of an insolvent Cayman company" will discuss what liquidation expenses are; proofs-of-debt costs; submissions, adjudication and appeals; creditor committee costs; trusts; liquidators as trustees (Berkeley Applegate); and liquidating trusts.
