Two partners from Collas Crill will speaking at the 2016 Real Estate and Real Estate Funds Conference, organised by Jersey International Business School.
Group partners Michael Morris, who heads up the UK real estate practice area, and Mark Rawlins, head of the investment funds team, will discuss the top 10 legal considerations for real estate transactions at the event.
Taking place on Wednesday 14 December, they will join other industry experts from the Channel Islands and the UK to discuss the key global economic and geopolitical issues facing real estate investment professionals, both now and in the future.
The conference will provide a comprehensive perspective of the market, covering a broad range of areas such as market dynamics, foreign investment, legal considerations and the implications of Brexit.
