Intertrust Group B.V.

Collas Crill acted for the Intertrust Group B.V. group of companies in entering into a syndicated secured debt facility worth around €600 million from ABN AMRO, Deutsche, Morgan Stanley and UBS as lenders, in conjunction with the IPO of Intertrust NV on Euronext Amsterdam.

Collas Crill worked with UK counsel Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Allen & Overy, Swiss firm Bar & Karrer (Switzerland), Cayman Islands firm Solomon Harris, Luxembourg and Netherlands firm Stibbe and Guernsey firm Appleby to complete the deal.

The team was led by group partner and head of the corporate and commercial team Paul Wilkes, partner Sean Cheong and associate Simon Heggs.
