Collas Crill advise on Nolan and Ors v Minerva Financial Services Limited

In this landmark case, we acted for the Nolans and family trusts and trust-owned companies of which they are the beneficiaries in proceedings against Minerva, a company which provided directors and administration services to Jersey companies via which frauds were carried out. We successfully took over representing the Nolans in multi-million pound claim for dishonest assistance after their previous representatives had failed to achieve a satisfactory result in London or Jersey.
