Nuno Santos-Costa to speak at the Jersey International Business School AML for Directors Forum

Nuno Santos-Costa will be speaking on the subject "What the future holds post AG V Jardine" at the Jersey International Business School AML for Directors (half day) Forum being held on Thursday 08 March.

This landmark case has been well documented with the result of the trial giving a of comfort to financial institutions, MLROs and directors of companies alike whilst also highlighting the importance of these roles in assessing risk and combatting cross-border crimes such as money-laundering.
