The Alderney Gambling Law Review

Collas Crill has again collaborated with several major international law firms for the fourth edition of the multi-jurisdictional legal reference book, The Gambling Law Review.

Published by The Law Reviews, group partner Wayne Atkinson who specialises in corporate and regulatory law and associate Michael Lyner, provided a detailed chapter reviewing the law around gambling in Alderney.

The primary purpose of the Review is to provide a short summary of the gambling law of a wide range of jurisdictions in a format that is uniform enough to allow a comparison of the different legal systems but is also flexible enough to recognise that gambling law finds its home in different places depending upon the legal system in question.

Each chapter is written by a leading expert in the field examining current issues of concern in each jurisdiction and review recent activity and developments in the market. This year the scope of coverage increased to 30 chapters.

Wayne said: "We are delighted to contribute to this review for the third consecutive year and share our expertise on Alderney gaming. Obviously the island punches well above its weight internationally in this industry so it's important this is properly showcased in global publications. Our being asked to contribute once again is a welcome acknowledgment of Collas Crill's pre-eminence in this field."
