Pamela is Jersey Managing Partner and a Jersey advocate.
She advises on all aspects of commercial property including property development, investment acquisitions and sales, and corporate support. Pamela acts for landlords and tenants on agreements for lease, leases and lease management, and for lenders and borrowers on property and development finance. She also assists with Jersey planning matters, the Jersey aspects of construction projects, property, construction and planning disputes, and property-related insolvency.
Pamela's residential property practice covers all aspects of buying, selling and leasing homes in Jersey, as well as boundary and neighbour disputes, residential financing (mortgages) and advising landlords on their legal obligations under the residential tenancy law.
As the firm's key contact for clients relocating to Jersey, Pamela advises individuals and businesses at every stage, from early planning through to settling into a new home or office. She works with clients on a personal and strictly confidential basis.
For individuals and families, she advises on buying or renting a home in Jersey and guides clients through Jersey's residency rules, including applications for High Value Residency. She has acted for many high-net-worth individuals and high-value residents who have relocated to Jersey.
Working with the firm's private client and wills and estates teams, Pamela helps clients put in place the wider arrangements a move requires, including trusts, succession planning and Jersey wills. She can also introduce clients to Locate Jersey, specialist tax advisers, relocation specialists and residential estate agents.
For businesses, she advises on buying and leasing business premises and on applying for business licences and employee permissions. Where needed, Pamela works with the firm's corporate team and brings in Collas Crill Trust for corporate and trust administration, as well as the firm's Regulatory and Compliance team for assistance with the Jersey Financial Services Commission and ongoing compliance.

Background
Pamela joined Collas Crill in October 2017 and became Jersey Managing Partner in March 2023. Before joining the firm, she worked for several years at offshore law firm Mourant and at leading UK law firm Pinsent Masons.
She has also served as a non-executive director of several property companies holding substantial UK commercial property assets.
Pamela studied law at the University of Glasgow and qualified as a Solicitor in Scotland in 2003. She is also a Scottish Notary Public, registered with the Foreign & Commonwealth Office.
She relocated to Jersey in 2013 and qualified as a Jersey advocate in 2017.
Pamela is listed as a Leading Partner in Legal 500, and in band 1 in the Chambers and Partners UK Guide.
