Ben has advised on a number of cases in Guernsey, as well as cross-jurisdictional matters, involving our areas of expertise including:
- contentious risk and regulatory matters;
- contentious trusts;
- insolvency and restructuring;
- debt enforcement; and
- corporate, director and shareholder disputes.
Ben previously gained experience at the firm as a paralegal and trainee solicitor where he completed seats across a number of practice areas.
Background
Ben first joined Collas Crill in August 2018 as a Paralegal and went on to train with the firm, qualifying as a solicitor of England and Wales in 2021. He was admitted to the Guernsey Bar in 2026.
Ben has an LLB (Hons) degree after graduating from the University of Brighton in 2017, where he completed a joint degree in Law with Business Studies. In 2021 Ben obtained a commendation in his LPC. LLM Master's degree in Legal Practice at the University of Law while working full time for the firm.
