Experience
Throughout the trainee programme Millie has had seats in the Corporate, Finance and Funds, International Private Client and Trusts, as well as the Dispute Resolution teams.
She has completed numerous legal work placements during her studies. She has been exposed to limited liability partnerships, fund establishment, GDPR, alternative dispute resolution and other commercial matters.
Background
Prior to joining Collas Crill on the trainee programme Millie was a bursary student within the firm, gaining experience in both the corporate and dispute resolution teams.
She graduated from the University of Liverpool with a 2:1 Bachelor of Laws with Honours and has recently completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) with the University of Law, achieving a Distinction level grade at an average of 80%. On the LPC, Millie elected to study mergers and acquisitions, commercial dispute resolution and employment law.
She was admitted as Solicitor of England and Wales in September 2023.
