Put simply: Trusts

Kellyann Ozouf, Head of the International Private Client and Trusts team at Collas Crill in Jersey, together with Bonnie McPartland, an Associate in Kellyann's team, collaborated with Jersey Finance for the launch of its 'Put Simply' series.

The series is designed to strip out the complicated and make it easier to digest and understand how the different finance sectors work.

Together with Jersey Finance, Kellyann and Bonnie put together an overview of the Trust regime in Jersey which outlines:

  • what a Jersey trust is and how they work;
  • who’s who when it comes to setting up a trust;
  • different types of trust; and
  • the reasons why people choose to set up a trust.
