Collas Crill announces promotions across all its offices

Collas Crill has made a number of promotions across its Channel Island and Caribbean offices.

In the Channel Islands, Guernsey-based Cerisse Fisher and Nin Ritchie have been promoted to Group Partner and James Tee to Partner.

Cerisse joined the firm's International Private Client and Trusts team in 2018. She specialises in all aspects of Guernsey trust and private client law and regularly advises trustees, family offices, high net worth individuals and intermediaries on the creation, restructuring and winding up of trusts and a wide scope of cross-jurisdictional fiduciary transactions.

Nin joined Collas Crill as a trainee in 2010 and qualified the dispute resolution team. She leads the cross-departmental risk and regulatory team to deliver a seamless offering to clients with complex and varied needs. Nin is known for her work in regulatory compliance and enforcement, financial crime, risk and governance, providing advice and guidance on complex legal matters with high risk factors and potentially devastating outcomes.

James joined Collas Crill as a paralegal and went on to complete his Bar Vocational Court whilst working at the firm. He advises on all aspects of commercial dispute resolution with a particular focus on insolvency matters. He regularly advises insolvency practitioners, creditors and directors alike on all aspect of insolvency matters from appointments to directions applications.

In Jersey Alex Price and Conor Walsh have been promoted to Senior Associate.

Alex is a lawyer in the banking and finance team. He advises on matters of both Jersey and British Virgin Islands law and has a broad understanding of both conventional and Islamic forms of finance.

Conor joined the firm in March 2015 as an Associate in the corporate, finance and funds team in the BVI. He is currently on secondment in the firm's Jersey office. Conor advises on all aspects of corporate law, including advising on trade-mark and probate matters.

Claire Felbabel has been promoted to Legal Assistant in the firm's family law team in Guernsey. She joined Collas Crill in 2021 with more than 20 years' experience of family law.

Natalie McLagan in Guernsey and Fleur Pallot in Jersey have both been promoted to the newly created role of Executive Assistant.

Within Collas Crill Corporate Services (CCCS) Limited in Cayman Staceia Ebanks has been promoted to Finance Manager.

Staceia joined the firm in 2020 and is responsible for finance operations and reporting within CCCS. Staceia holds equivalent to an Associates Degree in Marketing (Undergraduate Diploma) from the University of Guyana and is currently perusing her Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration - Marketing (BA) from Saint Leo University, FL, USA.

Krishna Arch has been promoted to Corporate Administrator within CCCS and within business services Michael Lewis has been promoted to IT Manager.

In the BVI office Shanai Osborne has been promoted to Receptionist and Business Services Executive.
