Collas Crill partners in Private Client Global Elite 2018 listing

Three private client specialists from Collas Crill have been included in the Private Client Global Elite 2018 listing.

Compiled by Legal Week and The American Lawyer, the list aims to identify the top specialist trusts and private client lawyers with an international reach.

Included from Collas Crill are partners Christian HayDamian James and Kellyann Ozouf.

Christian heads up Collas Crill's Guernsey dispute resolution practice and Damian heads up Collas Crill's Jersey dispute resolution practice. They both specialise in trust disputes and act for trustees, beneficiaries and protectors.

Kellyann heads up Collas Crill's Jersey trusts and private client practice.  She advises on Jersey's trusts, foundations and succession laws.
