She acts for a range of professional trustees (local and international trust companies and private banks), settlors and beneficiaries. She advises on all aspects of Jersey trust law to include the settlement,  ongoing operation and restructuring of trusts. Kellyann's work often involves assisting the Jersey dispute resolution (in both non-contentious and contentious court applications), commercial and UK real estate teams. In addition to her trust practice,  Kellyann also advises on Jersey foundations and wills and successions law.

She has contributed to leading legal texts, including the Jersey chapter in Butterworths LexisNexis 'Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents' and the Oxford University Press publication entitled 'The World Survey'.

Kellyann regularly presents to local trust company clients and in 2017 spoke at the International Trusts and Private Client Forum conference and BL Jersey's Private Client Event.
