Kellyann is a partner at Collas Crill and heads the award winning International Private Client and Trusts practice in Jersey (STEP Legal Team of the Year (midsize) 2015/16). She has over 10 years experience in offshore trusts and is both a Jersey advocate and a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.
She acts for a range of professional trustees (local and international trust companies and private banks), settlors and beneficiaries. She advises on all aspects of Jersey trust law to include the settlement, ongoing operation and restructuring of trusts. Kellyann's work often involves assisting the Jersey dispute resolution (in both non-contentious and contentious court applications), commercial and UK real estate teams. In addition to her trust practice, Kellyann also advises on Jersey foundations and wills and successions law.
Kellyann was awarded Partner of the Year in the 2016 Citywealth Future Leaders Awards, Inspiration Individual of the Year in the 2017 Citywealth Future Leaders Awards and is included in the latest edition of the Citywealth Leaders List. She is also one of Legal Week's Private Client Global Elite for 2017 and 2018.

She has contributed to leading legal texts, including the Jersey chapter in the 'International Comparative Legal Guide to: Private Client 2019', the Jersey chapter in Butterworths LexisNexis 'Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents' and the Oxford University Press publication entitled 'The World Survey' and has most recently worked together with Jersey Finance to produce the Back to Basics Campaign on Jersey trusts.
