Adrian is Head of Conveyancing in the Guernsey Real Estate team. He has a wealth of experience in both commercial and residential property transactions involving purchase and sale of Guernsey real property.
Adrian provides mortgage advice to lending institutions in respect of security charged against Guernsey real property to secure loans, drafts and advises on aspects relating to title schedules regarding complex split ups of new property developments and also mentors the junior members of the property team assisting in their ongoing professional development.
