Lynn Freeman

Conveyancer | Guernsey

Lynn has recently joined the property team as a Conveyancing Clerk. Lynn will be assisting with all aspects of commercial and residential property matters, including title and boundary investigations, liaising with clients, authorities and estate agents and the preparation of associated documentation.

Lynn has previously worked within a Custody role in Finance and clocked up 27 years before being made redundant when the company she worked at closed down their Guernsey office. The opportunity to embark on a complete change in direction presented itself and Lynn is very excited to develop in this new role.

"I am looking forward to building a good working relationship with my colleagues and providing our clients with the service they have come to expect from the best property practice in Guernsey. I am excited to learn and enthusiastic and cannot wait to immerse myself in the conveyancing role. It is never too late to change direction and seek out a new challenge. "

27 years in the finance industry has taught Lynn to be organised, pro-active and to expect the unexpected. Attention to detail is key as is the ability to communicate with everyone. Lynn is hard working and conscientious and is looking forward to learning from her colleagues and becoming a valued member of the team. Lynn has previously worked for Barings, Butterfield and State Street.
