Jason has been with the firm since 1994. He has been integrally involved in the development and growth of the firm, now with offices in six jurisdictions. He acts for numerous residential and commercial developers, high net-worth individuals with property portfolios as well as banks, companies and other clients with commercial and residential property portfolios. He also acts for high net-worth individuals moving to Guernsey and sits on the Guernsey Property Forum.
Jason was named as a Leading Individual in the Legal 500 2022 listing.
His clients include The Channel Islands Property Fund, Bailiwick Investments Limited ComProp RBSI, SG Kleinwort Hambros, Guernsey Housing Association and Investec Bank.
Jason has over the years been involved in most of the largest commercial transactions in Guernsey, whether acting for seller, buyer, lender, landlord or tenant and including Royal Chambers, Royal Bank Place, La Grande Mare Hotel,. The Guernsey Press, Albert House, Carey House to name but a few.
Jason also advises on planning matters and has appeared before the Appeals Tribunal on various occasions advising on some of the most controversial applications.
He is also a Notary Public and chair of the Association of Guernsey Notaries Public as well as chairing the Judging Panel of the Community Foundation Awards for Achievement and Collas Crill's own global CSR Committee.
