Gareth is a partner in the Guernsey dispute resolution department. He specialises in complex financial services litigation, in particular contentious company law (including claims against directors and insolvency law), contentious and semi-contentious trusts matters and professional indemnity disputes.

Gareth is especially known for his detailed knowledge of directors' duties and bringing and defending claims against directors.

He regularly appears before the Royal Court of Guernsey and Guernsey Court of Appeal, and also recently appeared in the Privy Council in the matter of Emerald Bay Worldwide Limited -v- Barclays Wealth Directors (Guernsey) Ltd et al.
