Private Client and Trusts


Sophia is an Associate within the International Private Client and Trusts team. She is currently working in both our Guernsey and Jersey offices.

She undertakes a range of both contentious and non-contentious private client instructions, advises parties to a trust throughout its life cycle, assists with semi-contentious and contentious trust disputes and assists with succession planning and restructuring for a variety for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.


Sophia rotated around all departments at Collas Crill during her two-year training contract and gained experience in Financial Services and Regulatory, Insolvency and Corporate Disputes and Private Client and Trusts, the team she qualified into.


Sophia initially joined Collas Crill as a Paralegal in the Financial Services and Regulatory team in 2019 before undertaking her training contract with the firm and qualifying as a Solicitor of England and Wales in September 2022.

Prior to qualifying, Sophia studied Law at Liverpool John Moores University in 2015, where she obtained a 2:1, and then went on to complete the Legal Practice Court in 2018 at BPP University in London.
